Which type of professional teeth whitening? Zoom or Sapphire, or others?
Hello, I just got an exam, x-rays, and a cleaning on my teeth today, but I noticed my teeth are yellow and not that white, I am a smoker, which type of professional teeth whitening should I get? The most popular ones I’ve heard of are Zoom, and Sapphire, if any of you guys have used these, did they work?, how much did it cost? If you’ve had other teeth whitenings and they were good, tell me the name, cost, and review. THANKS!
Opinion:
I’ve heard Zoom is fairly painful and you have to do it in the dentist’s office. I have personally used Night White from my dentist. They gave me mouth trays to put the night white gel in. You only have to leave it in for about 30 min at a time, I saw results in just a few uses.

Use Crest Ultra Whitening Strips. . it costs a lot less. (i think). Since my friend has braces, when she took them off she used those and they worked apparently.
