Treatment for Bad Breath

In the morning, you wake up with a coated tongue, thick and white and an unpleasant smell and it can continue during the day. The bad breath comes from the sulfur compounds produced by anaerobic bacteria (which do not use oxygen) that live in our bodies. Bad breath also originates from stomach problems – such as incomplete digestion. Food can remain in the stomach and ferment instead of being well digested.

Dairy products often cause bad breath in some people who are lactose intolerant. Some foods such as garlic and onions also give bad breath because they contain sulfur compounds.Poor oral hygiene such as plaque, caries and gum disease are also the cause of bad breath. The most common cause is generally because of constipation.   The good news is that for those who suffer from bad breath, the cause can be various, but it can be laminated simply and efficiently using natural techniques and safe.

The key to eliminate breath is clean your digestive tract. Add more fiber to your daily diet: take a tablespoon of psyllium in a glass of water morning and evening to cleanse your colon. Drink six to eight glasses of pure water a day to prevent you from dehydration and will help your body eliminate toxins. Eat every food that are high in fiber and water – such as salads, raw vegetables or steamed, sprouts and beans – you will ensure to meet the first two rules).

Eat food contain of lactobacillus acidophilus such as kefir and yogurt. They contain good bacteria’s which will help your digestion and eliminate bad bacteria that produce bad smelling gases.
Eat less non-natural foods such as salt; refined sugar and white flour ferment in the intestines produce toxic gases.  Eat less red meat, caffeine, alcohol, tobacco and fried foods.  Choose energy drinks which contain chlorophyll which is effective in stopping bad breath.
