What’s a good way to whiten your teeth without getting them professionally bleached?
I’ve started using dissolving whitening strips, brushing more and using Listerine. What are some other tips to get my smiling nice and bright?

Am I better off going to the dentist or getting a kit to do teeth whitening at home?
My 3-year old daughter was playing eye spy when the color yellow came up. She said “daddy’s teeth!” Kids tell it like it is. I want to get some sort of teeth whitener, but I’m not sure if buying a DIY kit will really help much or if I should just go to the dentist.
