Dentist wants me to pay $1100 for her recommended procedure. Mean ol’ money-grubbin’ … Feh, I’m just cheap. Insurance won’t cover it, but I want to get it done professionally.

Does Listerine’s whitening rinse actually work? What about other products that are readilt available at he drug store? What can you do to safely whitened your teeth without going to the dentist and spending hundreds or even thousands?

I have tried Crest Whitestrips and a professional kit from my dentist, both hurt my teeth, made me want to scream actually! Anybody else had this problem?
