Safety Home Teeth Whitening Techniques?
I am looking for some safe, at home teeth whitening techniques that I can use to get a brighter smile. I brush three times a day for about two minutes each session, but my teeth just don’t seem to get white. I think it might be because I have braces. Well, anyway do you know any working techniques that are cheap and safe? I heard of the baking soda and hydrogen peroxide method, but I have no idea on how to go about doing that. Just an extra question: if you use that method, do you still brush with normal toothpaste daily? 10 points for some safe, working teeth whitening methods.
