Will whitening trays work as well as zoom laser whitening?

my teeth are ok white , but i seen this one girl and her teeth were like blinding white i brush them and everything 2 a day and i dont want to get them done with a laser to whiten them.

Whats the cheapest but most effective way to extremely whiten your teeth? I’ve heard the crest white strips don’t work very well. I’ve also heard the laser whiteners you get done at malls works incredible but its expensive? Real life experiences please, I don’t need opinions without a basis.
